1. Batu Cave

13 kilometers to the North of Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, Batu Cave is the sacred place of worship of Hindu people in Malaysia. The cave firstly captures the eyes of visitors by the second tallest statue of Lord Murugan in the world standing proud in front of the entrance to the main cave. To reach the main cave, tourists are required to climb up tp 272 concrete steps which used to be wooden steps after it was established within the cave complex.
