Hon Tranh is a small island located about 15 minutes traveling by speedboat from Phu Quy port. Hon Tranh emerged among the endless ocean, surrounded by gentle waves. Islanders called it Hon Tranh since the ancient times when the isle was covered by grasses.  People from Phu Quy Island came here for cultivating and cutting to make roofs.

Travel to Hon Tranh, you can explore Co Nuoc and Co Kho caves, where are the shelters of storks.  Wandering on the island, immersing in the unspoiled natural scenery will also be interesting activities on the island.


Van An Thanh

Van An Thanh is a national historic site located on a white sand dune of Trieu Duong Village, Tam Thanh Commune, Phu Quy. It is the place where keeing nearly 100 sets of bones whales, leatherback turtles, and sea turtles... in many chronologies and sizes. Especially, Van An Thanh also showcases a sperm whale skeleton with the length of 17m.

Linh Quang Pagoda

Linh Quang Pagoda is located on a gentle hill with taciturn and airy setting where almost isolated from the outside world. The pagoda was recognized as historic national relic, preserving 5 bestowments gifted by the kings of Nguyen Dynasty.

Standing on the ancient mansion at the facade of the main hall, you can see an incredible picture of the beautiful Phu Quy Island. Somewhere in the distance are the gentle hills, shifting of the islanders, across the village nest to the immense sea with bustling boats far away.

Lighthouse – Cam Mountain

Lighthouse on Phu Quy Island is 18m high and is one of the largest lighthouses in Vietnam. The monument lied on Cam Mountain, at an altitude of 126m compared to the sea level. To conquer it, you have to walk and climb hundreds of stone steps along the ridge, about 200m long. From the lighthouse, you can admire the stunning scenery of Phu Quy, especially at night when the shimmering and fanciful lights from fishing boats creating a picture of starry sky on the ocean.


Hon Den

Hon Den is the only island where all the rocks are black, thus the locals also call this island Hon Nghien or Hon Muc. The shining black stones inmany shapeswhich are arranged randomly painting a vivid picture o9f the island. Sitting on the black rocks, travelers can overlook the ocean and listen to the whispers of the waves to forget all the troubles of life.


Doi Dua Beach

As one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quy, Doi Dua enchants visitors with the blue sea, fine white sand dunes and cliffs jutting out to the sea. Along the sandy beach, there are coconut reefs to shade while observing the unspoiled but beautiful landscape.

Hon Trung

With an area of 3,600m², Hon Trung is a large island situated about 5 sea-miles to the northwest of Phu Quy. It is the port of many fishing boats. Travelers come to Hon Trung can relax with the mesmerizing views of the pristine nature on the island and sail a boat to enjoy the feeling of floating among the endless ocean.

Ngu Phung Embankment

Ngu Phung is a stone marge stretching to the beautiful sea. During the strong wind season, this is an ideal place for foreign travelers to wakeboard. Watching the mesmerizing sunset over the sea will be one of the enjoyable experiences that you should not ignore when travel to the embankment. Ngu Phung also owns a beautiful beach with lush green coconuts hanging in the late summer. However, the beach is not appropriate for swimming because there are many rocks under water.


Linh Buu Pagoda

Linh Buu Pagoda is located at the foot of the Cam Mount, featuring a very spacious and airy campus with hammocks for guests to rest. Together with the work of Ho Chi Minh Torch and the lighthouse on the mountain, Linh Buu contributes to a scenic tourist complex in Phu Quy Island.


Long Hai Market, Tam Thanh Market

Travel to Phu Quy, you cannot miss the chance to visit Long Hai, Tam Thanh with bustling fish markets. Here, tourists can find the fancy seafood, tremendous snails, and fresh fishes. Seafood in the two markets is diverse and very cheap when comparing to the other beach resorts in the country. The most famous dishes would be squids, mackerels, moon crab, and “huynh de” crabs...


Long Hai Houseboat

The trip would be less interesting if you did not sail out to some houseboats to buy and enjoy fresh seafood. You can choose a lot of seafood and asked the owners for preparation right there, or bring to the mainland as a gift.


It has very beautiful coral reefs with attractive colors, bewitching every diver. You can try snorkeling or fishing on the vast ocean. In the late afternoon, you will have chance to admire the dreamy sunsetand the tranquility of fishermen life.
